I had an awesome run last night. I started out a slow pace and steadily progressed until I was basically running as fast as I could go for the last two minutes. It was the first time in a long time that I felt as strong as I used to feel back when I was competing in college. A positive side effect of my running schedule is that my confidence is increasing everyday as I become physically stronger. Here is to hoping that I can continue to balance my running schedule with my work schedule. Sound mind and sound body, right?
